Help Create a Lasting Impact for Lower-Income Families Through Affordable Housing

The Tenant to Homeowner Program is a non-profit home financing initiative designed for lower-income families who are trapped in the rental cycle. Through zero-interest, zero-fee financing, the program enables families to own their homes while gaining stability, dignity, and long-term financial security.

This first-of-its-kind private-sector effort is launching in urban Pakistan, beginning with Karachi and Hyderabad.

The program is a partnership between SIMA Impact Foundation, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity, and Asaan Ghar Finance, Pakistan's SECP-licensed Islamic fintech mortgage provider focused on affordable housing.

In the first year, we aim to raise USD 1.1 million to help finance approximately 100 homes.
