Mike Hickey is a senior civic and nonprofit executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading complex, mission-driven organizations across New York City. He has held high-visibility C-suite and senior leadership roles in the nonprofit, governmental, and private sectors, bringing a distinctive cross-sector perspective that spans public policy, service delivery, philanthropy, finance, and operations. His work has addressed a wide range of community development priorities, including affordable housing, education, homelessness, workforce development, social services delivery, arts and culture, and economic development. Mike is currently the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at CitizensNYC, and continues to serve on a number of boards, advisory groups and consulting partnerships across the city
