How has the scholarship program benefited you?
Through this scholarship program, I’m able to continue my higher studies because I belong to a middle-class family. So, this scholarship program allowed me to continue my education and motivated me to do something to make my family proud.
What’s your view on impact investing so far and have you developed an interest in impact investing?
In my opinion, it’s the best investment so far because it is SIMA’s motto to create a positive environmental, social, and financial impact in the world. Moreover, I was interested in how it works, so I joined SIMA as an intern. It’s a significant achievement for me to work with such an organization that is doing a lot for people.
How has this scholarship shaped you towards making a social contribution/impact on your community?
From receiving a scholarship from this investment to working with such an organization, it has impacted me in such a way that now I also want to be a part of all those people who are contributing to this social change. Working with such a team is also motivating me to invest in my community by just being a small part of this.
What impact would you like to make in your community?
As SIMA invests in various sectors, such as the environment, social, and financial sectors, I also aspire to make a meaningful impact on my community through their initiatives. For now, I’m doing an internship at SIMA and looking forward to getting a chance from them, which would enable me to make a significant impact on my community.
