How has the scholarship program benefited you?
This scholarship program has benefited me in different ways as it has reduced the financial burden on my parents, helping me to focus on my education with no mental disturbance. Without it, my education and performance could have been affected. Additionally, the scholarship has allowed me to attend a good university that I couldn’t afford on my own or with my father’s help, which will lead me to achievement.
What’s your view on impact investing so far and have you developed interest in impact investing?
Impact investing is beneficial for society. Those with the ability but limited financial means should be given support to come up with ideas that are beneficial for our society’s success. Furthermore, I have also developed an interest in impact investing, as it represents a smart approach for us to develop effectively.
How has this scholarship shaped you towards making a social contribution/impact on your community?
The experience I’m gaining through the scholarship and internship is guiding me towards developing a better society, where I can contribute to transforming my country into a first-world nation with my education in technology. I will learn how to shape and build our society through efficiency, and my experience will help others understand and learn the benefits of these new changes.
What impact would you like to make in your community?
I would like to assist students like me who have the will to study more and become responsible members of society but face hurdles due to family or financial problems that hinder their success. I’ll donate my skills to teach them and support small businesses with innovative ideas for betterment that are experiencing financial crises. Whenever I’m able to help, I will do so enthusiastically.
